My first trek ever in Nepal

Reviewed Tour Langtang Valley Trek (5 months ago)

The Langtang Valley trek was my first trek in Nepal, and it exceeded all my expectations with its breathtaking beauty and cultural richness. I chose this trek for its reputation as ideal for beginners, and it proved to be the perfect choice. Every step unveiled stunning vistas of snow-capped peaks, while encounters with the warm-hearted Tamang people left a lasting impression. The spiritual ambiance of Kyangjin Gompa was truly immersive, offering moments of tranquility amidst the rugged Himalayan landscape. Each day brought new challenges and awe-inspiring landscapes that deepened my appreciation for Nepal's natural wonders. I am already looking forward to returning for more treks.
Grateful to team Himalayan 360 for ensuring my journey was nothing short of extraordinary.

I knew that Nepal was a beautiful country but this trek showed me how beautiful Nepal actually is. From the time I landed in Kathmandu till my last day in Nepal- I loved every bit of the trip.
The trek to Mardi Himal was challenging but immensely rewarding. Each step of the trek was magical and filled with sense of adventure and wonder. Throughout the trek, I couldn't take my eyes off the awe-inspiring views, and the hospitality of the Nepali people was truly next level. All thanks to team Himalayan 360 🙌

Mardi Himal: A Trekkers' Paradise

The Mardi Himal Trek was my first trek in Nepal and it was undoubtedly an amazing experience that unfolded like a dream. From the beginning till the time I was dropped off at the airport for my departure flight, the team did an excellent job in making my trip a success. I could tell how professionally they worked as they made sure that everything was working out perfectly for me. The best part of the trip for me was the feeling of intimacy with nature that I experienced throughout the trek. The trek was challenging but reaching the Mardi Himal at the end, after days of trekking felt like a huge achievement. I probably had the best experience in my life and I am eager to return for another exciting trek with Himalayan 360.
Highly recommended!

Nepal is a country renowned for its stunning mountain ranges, including the Himalayas and the tallest mountain in the world, Mount Everest. As a result, Nepal is a popular destination for climbers and adventurers seeking to experience the beauty and challenge of the mountains. Climbing and expedition in Nepal is an exhilarating experience that requires physical fitness, technical skill, and mental fortitude.

Climbing in Nepal typically involves reaching the summit of one of the many peaks in the region. Some of the most popular peaks to climb in Nepal include Mount Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse. These peaks range in difficulty and require different levels of technical skill and experience. For example, Mount Everest is the tallest mountain in the world and requires significant mountaineering experience, as well as the use of supplemental oxygen, while Ama Dablam is a technical peak that requires rock and ice climbing skills.

Expeditions in Nepal typically involve multi-day treks through the mountains to reach base camps for the various peaks. These treks can range from moderate to strenuous and require proper preparation and acclimatization to avoid altitude sickness. Once at base camp, climbers will typically spend several weeks acclimatizing and making multiple trips up and down the mountain to establish camps and carry supplies.

Climbing and expedition in Nepal is not without its challenges. The high altitude, extreme weather conditions, and technical terrain require climbers to be well-prepared and have a strong support team. Many expeditions hire experienced guides and porters to assist with carrying gear and navigating the mountain.

Despite the challenges, climbing and expedition in Nepal is a rewarding experience that provides a unique opportunity to test oneself both physically and mentally while surrounded by some of the most stunning mountain scenery in the world. The country is also home to a rich cultural heritage, and climbers often have the opportunity to interact with local communities and learn about their traditions and way of life. Overall, Nepal is a must-visit destination for any serious climber or adventurer seeking a challenge and a truly unforgettable experience.
