Everest (8848 m). along with other eight thou sanders like Mt. Lotse (8,501 m), Mt. Makalu, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Cho-Yu (8,153 m), and many other famous peaks like Island Peak (6,160 m). , Mera Peak (6,461 m). Mt. Ama Dablam, Kondge Peak (6,011 m). etc.
Phaplu EBC Trek start from Phaplu itself. We reach Phaplu via 35 minutes of our scenic mountain flight from Kathmandu. Phaplu is a beautiful village with an airport facility inhibited by people belonging to different caste and races and following different cultures and traditions. The trail follows the usual trail of the Everest base camp exploring through the steep-sided valleys, huge glaciers, hedgerows and trees bursting into bloom, with Rhododendrons, adding a spectacular splash of colour to the landscape, lush valley, beautiful villages with their people working in the field and their cattle grazing in the meadows, famous monasteries, and stunning scenery along with the spectacular view of the world high peaks up to Base Camp of Mt Everest at (5,357m). This trekking trail is similar to the EBC trekking route from Namche bazaar as the trek starts from Phaplu rather than from Lukla or Jiri. While returning back you can either trek up to Lukla and fly back to Kathmandu or trek back to Phaplu and Fly to Kathmandu.
