The Bagmati River meanders through the village which is joined by the Shyalmati and the Bagmati Rivers.
We continue from Sundarijal to the Shivapuri National Park via a stone staircase. The hiking to Chisapani goes through the park filled with subtropical mountain woods and several species of both vascular and endemic species of flora. It takes around 5 – 6 hours to reach Chisapani.
