Kailash Yatra is more than just a pilgrimage

I went to the Yatra thinking it was just a religious trek, but it turned out way more personal. First few days were heavy travel. The altitude took a bit of adjusting, but the silence out there hits different. Lake Mansarovar was beautiful. Just being near it felt special. The Kailash Kora was tough, I won't lie. Especially the second day over Dolma La. I was struggling, but something about the energy there kept me going. Everyone was kind of walking at their own pace, just in their own thoughts. By the time we wrapped up at the Zuthulpuk and headed back, I felt emotionally full. Not in a dramatic way- just grounded. I highly recommend Himalayan 360 for Kailash Yatra.

If you’re ready for something real then Trip to Kailash is definetely For You

Kailash Mansarovar Yatra is not a luxury trip. It's tough with dusty roads, basic lodges, long drives. But it's one of the most powerful experiences I've ever had. Lake Mansarovar was a turning point. Being near that lake, with Kailash watching from a distance, made all the discomfort feel worth it. The three days of Kora showed me what I'm capable of. The climb over dolma La Pass pushed me past limits I didn't know I had. And yet, there was beauty in the pain. Watching all the prayer flags at the top and people offering silent prayers was something else. By the time we returned to Kathmandu, I felt emptied out in the best way possible. If you want something raw, real and spiritual, this is it.

Kailash Yatra is more than just a religious trip

You know how I always wanted to go to Kailash? I finally went, and god, it was intense. We drove for days- Kathmandu, Kyirung, Saga- and slowly the air got thinner, but the views kept getting better. Lake Mansarovar was freezing cold but so beautiful. I actually dipped my hands in the water, and it felt like time just stopped. The trek part was next level. First day to Dirapuk was chill, but that Dolma La Pass? Brutal. I was out of breath the whole time, but reaching the top was something else. The time just stopped. I think we were all trying to take it in. It wasn't just a trek, man, it was a lifechanging journey.
